Peninsula Group Foundation
As a people focused business, our genuine care to help others is embedded through Peninsula’s very core, extending into the communities in which we live and work
Passion, commitment and dedication are interwoven throughout our business. Providing support for others is what we do.
Just as The Peninsula Group Foundation oversees the running of our fundraising efforts and charitable giving, our values define our purpose and vision. They are at the heart of everything that drives us. It’s a pairing that allows us to give back to our communities while building and elevating every aspect of our business-driven decisions.
Our business is defined, not by what we gain, but by what we give back
Our employee-led charity committee continues to look for innovative ways to raise funds for our chosen charities as we pledge our support to worthy causes around the globe.
Between 2019 and 2023 we raised £3m for Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, £2m of which was dedicated to their iMRI scanner appeal, with an additional £1m for their general appeal.
In 2024 we launched new three-year long partnerships with charities around the world.
All our partner charities are selected via an employee nomination process.
The company matches all monies raised by employees, as well as providing additional support to our partner charities through pro-bono services.

#We Care
We’re stronger together, working together as a team. It’s absolutely key.
